AIX Group, LLC (“AIX Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy applies to our websites, products, services, events, and any other interactions you have with AIX Group (collectively, the “Services”).

- Transaction & Billing Data: If you purchase paid Services, we (or our payment processor) collect billing details. We do not store full payment card numbers; these are processed by PCI-certified processors.
- Event & Webinar Data: Registration information and attendance/participation details.
- Recruiting Data: Job applications, CV/resume, and similar.
3.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device/Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type/version, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and similar.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and tags to enable core functionality, remember preferences, measure performance, and support marketing/advertising where permitted. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings and (where available) our cookie banner/preferences tool.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Business Partners & Service Providers: We may receive lead/contact information, analytics, or enrichment data.
- Public Sources & Social Platforms: Public profiles and posts if you interact with us on social media or public forums.
4) Purposes of Processing & Legal Bases
We process Personal Information for the following purposes (and, where applicable, rely on the indicated legal bases under GDPR/UK GDPR):

We do not use your Personal Information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without meaningful human involvement.

We do not sell Personal Information. We may “share” Personal Information for targeted advertising only to the extent permitted by law and subject to your choices (see Section 10). We disclose Personal Information to:

We do not require Sensitive Personal Information to use most Services. Please do not submit such data unless we explicitly request it for a defined purpose (e.g., identity verification).
Healthcare context: AIX Group is not a healthcare provider and is generally not a HIPAA “covered entity.” If we process data on behalf of a covered entity, we will do so under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and any such PHI will be handled in accordance with HIPAA and the BAA.
7) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information to us, please use the Contact Us form so we can delete it.
8) Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and purpose; when no longer needed, we will delete, de-identify, or aggregate the data consistent with applicable law.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Personal Information we process. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
