These Terms and Conditions are issued by AIX Group, LLC, doing business as BizSmart AI (BizSmart.AI) and MedGrowth AI (MedGrowth.ai) (collectively, the “AIX Entities,” hereinafter “AIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). All obligations and rights under these Terms and Conditions apply jointly and severally to the AIX Entities.
By registering for, attending, or participating in any event, webinar, seminar, online training, workshop, subscription service, or other offering provided by AIX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Professional Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself at all times in a professional, respectful, and cooperative manner toward all participants, attendees, staff, and presenters.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Promoting your own or third-party products or services without prior written consent.
- Defamatory remarks about AIX, its brands, or other participants.
- Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.
- Unlawful, harassing, or disruptive behavior.
- Any action that disrupts the learning environment or violates the spirit of the event.
AIX reserves the sole right to determine inappropriate conduct and may immediately remove you from an event or suspend your access to services without refund.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, presentations, materials, and resources provided by AIX during, before, or after an event or service are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, record, distribute, or reproduce such content without written permission.
- Recording of any event, webinar, or training is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of these terms may result in termination of access and possible legal action.
3. Financial & Business Information Disclaimer
Any financial, business, or operational information presented by AIX is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
- AIX makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of such information.
- Nothing provided constitutes financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.
- Case studies, testimonials, or results presented are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future results.
You are solely responsible for any business or financial decisions you make based on the information presented.
4. Education & Entertainment Disclaimer
Participation in AIX events, webinars, or training sessions is for educational and informational purposes only.
- The content is not consulting, coaching, or advisory services tailored to you individually unless explicitly contracted.
- Any actions you take using the information are your responsibility.
You agree to hold AIX, its speakers, trainers, and affiliates harmless for any consequences resulting from the use of such content.
5. Media Release (Photos & Videos)
By attending AIX events (in-person or online), you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
- AIX may use your likeness for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the materials and release AIX from liability for such use.
6. Privacy & Data
Your use of AIX services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- By registering or subscribing, you consent to receive communications from AIX.
- You may opt out at any time.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred to the United States under applicable legal safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Modifications
- Material changes will be posted on our websites: BizSmart.AI and MedGrowth.ai.
- Continued participation or use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Force Majeure
AIX is not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, acts of war, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Tarrant County, Texas.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
- Liability of AIX, if any, is limited to the lesser of (a) the total fees you paid to AIX or (b) $5,000.
